The U.S. embassy in Beijing is measuring the air pollution in the Chinese capitol. Every third hour, a twitter text is broadcasted with the real-time pollution indexs. During Sunday October 9th, the PM 2,5 index peaked at 562 and was designated “Beyond Index”. PM 2,5 is particles smaller than 2,5 my, causing cancer since they go direct into your lungs.
